By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Fragrance Authenticity: All Itqan Perfumes are 100% genuine, crafted with premium ingredients and exotic oils.
• Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• Typography Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations. All transactions are secured via PCI-compliant gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India using trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days from order confirmation. While we strive to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below that, a nominal shipping fee applies.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused, unopened products in their original packaging with all seals intact. To initiate a return, contact our support team at itqanperfumes@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• For hygiene reasons, fragrances that have been opened, used, or have broken seals cannot be returned unless damaged during transit.
• In case of a defective product, we will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site or its content. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to interfere with the website's security, functionality, or performance.
• Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated methods to extract data.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, identity theft, or impersonation.
• Reselling our products without explicit written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site – including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and fragrance formulations – is the exclusive property of Itqan Perfumes or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Itqan Perfumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this provision may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
