1. Shipping Areas

Itqan Perfumes currently ships to all locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working to expand our shipping network globally soon.

We deliver to metro cities, Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities, as well as most rural areas through our trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express, India Post, and others.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the time of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

• Orders placed on Saturday after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on Monday.
• Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, postal strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer competitive shipping rates to make your shopping experience delightful:

• Free Shipping: On all orders of ₹999 or above.
• Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹999.
• Express Shipping: ₹99 (available for select pin codes) – delivery within 2-3 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional convenience fee of ₹30, which is clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number.
• A WhatsApp/SMS notification (if opted in) with tracking link.
• You can track your order directly on our website under "Track Order" section or on the courier partner's website.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Packaging

All Itqan Perfumes products are carefully packaged in premium, tamper-proof boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our packaging includes:

• Bubble wrap and protective cushioning for glass bottles.
• Tamper-evident seals on all fragrance boxes.
• Eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
• Discreet outer packaging (no branded markings for privacy).

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for orders up to ₹5,000 across most Indian pin codes.

• COD availability is automatically checked at checkout based on your pincode.
• A nominal COD convenience fee of ₹30 applies.
• Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery executive (change may not be available).
• If you reject a COD order after dispatch, your address may be restricted from future COD orders.

8. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

In case of failed delivery attempts (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal to accept), the package will be returned to us. For RTO shipments:

• Prepaid orders: We will issue a store credit (less shipping charges) or refund after deducting return shipping fees.
• COD orders: The order will be cancelled automatically. No amount is deducted.
• To reship an RTO order, additional shipping charges will apply.

9. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping timelines and charges may vary. Please contact our wholesale team at itqanperfumes@gmail.com for a customized shipping quote. Bulk orders typically take 5-10 business days for dispatch depending on order volume.

10. Damaged / Lost Packages

While we take utmost care in packaging, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Damaged Product: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
• Lost Package: If tracking shows no update for 10+ business days, we will initiate a claim with the courier and either reship or refund your order.
